This is one that I watched during a teacher training some time ago. It always impresses me of how seriously lost we are in education. It is always a hot topic for education to be really important when it comes to test scores and achievement capabilities. It just seems that when it comes to funding it, everyone looks the other way!
Teach them all to be successful...but with the budget crisis...no more paper! Hehee
